Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the incident.

9. Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
